with primary categories including Clothing for Men and Clothing for Women,
with a particular focus on women’s footwear. All products displayed are subject to availability,
and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify offerings at our sole discretion.

Customers may choose to create an account for easier ordering. You are responsible for
safeguarding login credentials and for any activity conducted under your account.
Misuse of the Site or fraudulent account creation will result in termination of access

3. Orders and Payment

5. Return and Refund Policy

5.1 14-Day Return Without Cause: Customers may return any product purchased
from clothingsong.com within fourteen (14) calendar days
of delivery without providing a reason, provided the item is unused, in original condition,
and accompanied by proof of purchase.

5.2 Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within a minimum
of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date we confirm receipt of returned goods. Depending on
payment provider policies, additional time may be required for funds to appear in your account.

5.3 PayPal Refunds: Refunds to PayPal accounts generally require at least
fourteen (14) calendar days. In some jurisdictions, including those where local law mandates,
PayPal refunds may take up to thirty (30) calendar days to complete.
We shall comply with such legal requirements where applicable.

5.4 Exclusions: Items that are worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging
may not be eligible for a refund. Final sale items and gift cards are strictly non-refundable.
