1. Shipping Policy

will be displayed at checkout, based on the delivery destination and shipping method
selected. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may vary due to
customs clearance, local postal efficiency, or unforeseen circumstances.
Hong Kong Zan Zan Trading Limited is not responsible for delays outside our
reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once an order leaves our fulfillment center.
Customers are advised to provide accurate shipping information to avoid delays
or misdelivery.

2. Return Policy

We respect your right to reconsider. Accordingly, we provide a
14-day unconditional return policy. Customers may return purchased items
within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, without the need to
specify a reason, provided that:

• The product is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
• All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is presented.

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure secure delivery of returned goods.
Hong Kong Zan Zan Trading Limited cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns
caused during transit back to our facilities.

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be issued once returned products are inspected and approved.
The timeline for receiving your refund is as follows:

• Standard refunds: A minimum of 14 calendar days after we confirm receipt
  of returned goods.
• PayPal refunds: At least 14 calendar days are required for processing.
  In certain jurisdictions, local laws may mandate PayPal refunds to be completed
  within 30 calendar days. We will comply with such requirements where applicable.

Actual posting of funds to your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s
policies and systems.

4. Refund Procedure

To ensure clarity and efficiency, please follow the steps below to initiate a return
and refund:

   and reason (optional) for return.
2. Step 2 – Prepare the Return: Repack the product in its original
   packaging with all labels intact. Clearly mark the package with your order number.
3. Step 3 – Ship the Item: Send the item to
   Room 1508, 15/F, Office Tower II, Jalan Centre, 625 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Use a shipping method that includes tracking,
   as you remain responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Step 4 – Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned
   goods, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
5. Step 5 – Refund Issuance: If approved, we will initiate the refund
   to your original payment method, subject to the timelines noted above.

If the return is rejected (e.g., item worn, damaged, or missing tags), the product
will be shipped back at your expense without refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not qualify for return.
These include items designated as “final sale,” gift cards, or products
explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Please review product
descriptions carefully before ordering.
